Great Customer Service

I loved your staff , they were expectional in Front Office, I think his name was Abdurahman and her ( can't remember Colombia, if I'm correct ) she was extremely helpful and kind. And the breakfast was top notch! ????

The Area , the view wasn't that good but it's understandable though because it's in a business Area , not much to see , but was worth the amount I paid for.

Good value for money and probably a good place for business trips, but not really for relaxation.

Friendly staff, general cleanliness. Good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And there's even a small supermarket nearby.

The room we had is an achievement in small space design, but I find it too compact to be comfortable. Toothbrush and toothpaste is not a basic amenity??? The rooms are not exactly sound proof and I can hear the noise from the ground floor all the way to my room in the third floor. So not exactly the quiet place I was expecting. Although the windows are pretty well sealed from the noise coming from the street. Disappointed with the swimming pool - water was cold.

Overall great stay, very clean, friendly staff and super facilities.

I liked that they upgraded us for my birthday and tried their best to help us for a smoking room. I was also given a card and a cake for my birthday.

The lighting in the room was a little difficult sometimes going on and off, but after this was no problem. My friend seems to have lost her hair straighteners in the room, could you have a look please? Thanks

Quite overpriced. It's an old hotel, everything shows 90's, even the smell of the Hotel reminded me back then. Needs a heavy renovation to come up to its star rating.

The service was extremely good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. They even started the green environment initiative which is a big plus for the hotel

My Staycation Centro Capital Rotunda

The hotel was Not big but the clever decor gave the place a feeling of space. The rooms were lovely a bit small for my taste so I swopped to a studio instead. Paid a bit extra but then I like a bit more space. Loved the pool area. However, a screen behind the patio would help when it's a bit windy. Just my two cents worth of advice. Breakfast was great and the little bar was cute too.

I didn't like the immediate surrounding area. It looked very dingy during the day. However, at night it virtually came alive.

Great location. Good facilities. Excellent service. Perfect for a short business trip to Qatar.

Location was great. Facilities were clean and modern - what you would expect of a high quality business hotel. Service was excellent. I would stay here again if I am in Doha for business.

Service was excellent except for the slow service in the bar/restaurant. We had to follow up our order 3x! Fortunately, the manager went out to apologize and attend to us personally. Also, the WiFi was very slow - I am not sure if it is a country-wide problem though. It seems the internet in Qatar is slower than what I would expect in a first world country.

I love rotana interior is great, very well designed, clean and nice smell. There should be sport channels in the TV I wanted to watch Premiere league :) just kidding but why not ?

It was all good I would expect some slippers in room for after shower. It is not costly to put such.

Clean, small rooms. Good assistance from the valets with regard to transportation and tourist sites.

The housekeeping was to a very high standard. Staff at the entrance were always friendly and helpful.

When we checked in the receptionist was excellent. However, when we checked out the member of staff was dismissive, rude and obnoxious. Unfortunately did not get her name in order to make an official complaint.
